Baseball: I have completed Bowman master sets from 1954-1955; Topps master sets from 1954-1958; 1955 Topps Doubleheader set; 1956 Topps pins set; Bowman Red Sox from 1949-1955; Topps Red Sox from 1951-1979; OPC Red Sox from 1965-1979.
Football: I have completed Bowman master sets from 1953-1955, and Topps master sets from 1955-1957.
Basketball: I have completed the 1957-58 Topps set.
Hockey: I have completed the 1954-55 and 1957-58 Topps sets.
Non-sports: I have completed select Bowman master sets from 1954-1955 and select Topps master sets from 1954-1958.
MY WANTLIST
Along with the baseball card sets (see below), I am in the hunt for any 1957 Topps Hit Stars card, 1957 Topps Robin Hood card, and 1957 Topps Planes red back card that has a red or blue ink stamp mark on the back of the card. These probably are not true variations. One theory is that random cards to be inserted in vending machines were stamped and would earn customers a prize (from the store/arcade owner) if they turned in a card with a stamp. So the stamp did not originate with Topps, as far as I can determine. Still, they are fun to collect.
